Receive a Letter of Advice to Apply

Top-ranked candidates receive an LAA during regular EOI draws published publicly.

Submit Your Application

Submit a complete application with all required documents within 60 days through MPNP Online.

Receive Nomination Certificate

Approved applicants receive a Manitoba Nomination Certificate.
