Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program
The MPNP allows Manitoba to nominate individuals who demonstrate strong ties to the province. It operates three streams:
- Skilled Worker Stream — for workers with in-demand skills
- International Education Stream — for graduates of Manitoba institutions
- Business Investor Stream — for entrepreneurs and farm investors
Expression of Interest (EOI)
Candidates create an online EOI profile and are ranked. Top-ranked candidates receive a Letter of Advice to Apply (LAA) during regular draws.
Your EOI score is based on education, language ability, work experience, and connection to Manitoba.
