Immigrate to Manitoba

The MPNP offers pathways for skilled workers, graduates, and investors seeking permanent residence.

Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program

The MPNP allows Manitoba to nominate individuals who demonstrate strong ties to the province. It operates three streams:

Expression of Interest (EOI)

Candidates create an online EOI profile and are ranked. Top-ranked candidates receive a Letter of Advice to Apply (LAA) during regular draws.

Your EOI score is based on education, language ability, work experience, and connection to Manitoba.
